The MICHEL HERBELIN company has been based in Charquemont in the French mountain region of Haut-Doubs, just a few kilometres from the Swiss border, for over 70 years. Since its creation in 1947, the history of the MICHEL HERBELIN brand has grown around the people and the family, always driven by a passion for watchmaking and the desire to give traditional French watchmaking the honour it deserves.

MICHEL HERBELIN has always considered his profession to be interwoven with this great tradition and, as a passionate watchmaker, has always paid particular attention to innovative design and technical refinements. Many innovations can be attributed to MICHEL HERBELIN.
